Its articulated arm, swivel arm and C-arm offer great flexibility to position the system according to the needs of each procedure. They allow for easy elevation and horizontal positioning. The C-arm can be elevated to position the isocenter in a range of 23 to 52 inches (58 to 132 cm) when the image intensifier is in the down position. In addition to elevation, the C-arm can pivot horizontally at both ends. It is also possible to tilt the C-arm by rotating its rotation mechanism, with a range of motion in excess of 200 degrees. Finally, the C-arm can orbit on its support along an arc of 115 degrees, facilitating great versatility in its handling.
